Tickets are generally non-refundable. If you have a fever or have been exposed to someone with a communicable illness, we ask that you do not attend. Tickets purchased in advance are fully refundable in the event of illness or exposure. Please note that refund requests must be received by email by 10:00 AM on the day they are valid for in order to qualify for refund. Entry purchased at the gate is not eligible for refund.
