Vendor Fees
10’10’ Space: $50
Space up to 15’x15′: $80
Building: $125 (includes power)
Buildings vary in size and shape; some buildings are split into two vendor spaces. Building details provided on request. If you require a space larger than 15’x15′, please describe your needs on the application.
Policies
Space is limited – vendors will be selected to ensure a wide variety of merchandise is available to patrons, and every vendor has the best chance for a successful weekend. Direct sales and other vendors that do not fit the event theme cannot be approved. Approved vendors will receive an email with setup details and an invoice will be sent through Square, payable with any major credit or debit card.
Vendor fees are non-refundable – no refunds will be offered under any circumstances except for the cancellation of the event.
No tables, chairs, or canopies are provided. Electrical power is available for $25. Building rentals include power at no additional cost.
The Bellevue Berry Farm and the organizers of Western Days are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
